The design of our residential projects is achieved with inclusivity, accessibility and originality in mind. Our scope extends to exteriors, interiors and landscape designs of various residential projects across student housing, affordable and supportive housing, low rise developments, luxury high-rises and luxury private villas.

Corporate Projects

We design corporate projects with human-centered focus, creating spaces that nurture creativity, innovation and productivity. Our designs help build corporate communities and create a sense of belonging. From the use of natural materials to the selection of ergonomically optimal furniture, the well-being of the future inhabitants is always placed at the forefront of design solutions. 

Mixed-Use Projects

Mixed-use developments include combining business, recreational and retail operations within a single development. These amenity-rich social hubs are used as spaces that connect people and foster creativity while providing access. Mixed-use developments are a core strategy in revitalizing and activating urban areas.   

Government Projects

We designed local, regional and international government buildings, including ministries and embassies. We specialize both in rehabilitating old government buildings using modern-day technologies while preserving the original design elements; and designing new structures that contain elements which echo local culture and influence.

Interior Design Projects

Our interior design experience extends across multiple project categories. We believe that spaces influence the emotion and productivity of those occupying them. For that reason, we do not only design for the visual impact, but also for performance and comfort.

Educational Projects

Throughout the years, our designs of schools and educational institutions have left an important mark on Qatar’s architectural landscape. Our project Al Shaqab School for Girls (which also served as Qatar Foundation Headquarters at a later point)  has earned itself a spot on the old 100 riyal Qatari notes.

Religious Projects

The design process for spaces of worship has always been given a very thorough preparation due to its major significance and sensitivity. We design and build religious spaces with the utmost respect to their religious connotations.

Sports & Receation Projects

One of our most notable projects, Al Thumama Stadium, was designed for FIFA 2022 World Cup. Through following compliance closely and collaborating with many external parties, we created a mega stadium, which was not only functional for the games, but also carried important cultural connotations throughout its design.

Masterplanning & Urban Design Projects

We collaborate with our diverse clients, both public and private sector, to provide design solutions and supervision consulting on various Infrastructure and real estate projects across GCC. Our services include Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, Modelling, Road Design, making Utility Buildings and Infrastructure design.

From museums to exhibitions and restorative designs, our aim is to create spaces for learning and interaction. We design these institutions with human experience in mind. Due to their nature of being spaces for gathering and exchange, cultural facilities bring people together.

Renovation & Restoration Projects

Our involvement includes the face-lifting, ongoing documentation, conservation and rehabilitation of heritage sites and buildings.
