Located on a bustling Al Sadd Street this mixed use development, which is currently under construction, is intended for retail and offices. Clad in sand washed limestone and adorned by the number of domes and columns Le Boulevard sets precedents over the neighboring buildings in the same area.

42 meters high central courtyard is intended to enrich working environment by creating a sense of openness and allowing the light from a massive skylight to penetrate to the center of the building.
