Strategically located in Marina District in Lusail City, Al Majed Tower is erected in a plot with a total area of 8,991 square meters. IT consist of four (4) level basement for car parking, a ground floor as main entrance and parking , a retail podium from 1st floor to 4th floor , an amenities on the 5th floor , office spaces from 6th to 25th floor and a penthouse floor with a total built-up of 69,366 square meters. The project aims to achieve a 5-star green building certification through Global Sustainability Assessment System ( GSAS ) designed with the aforementioned rating system- GSAS V2.0 Core +Shell.
