Building 1 (hotel tower) has ground+mezzanine +20 floors with a total built up area of 21,696 m2 excluding basements. The hotel room mix consists of 164 standard rooms, 32 twin bed rooms, 3 accessible rooms, 21 junior suites, 2 executive suites, and 1 presidential room totaling to 223 rooms.

Building 2 (furnished apartment tower) comprises of ground+10 floors with a total built up area of 8416 m2 excluding basements. The apartment room mix consists of 23 1-bed units, 13 2-bed units and 3 3-bed units making a total of 40 units.

Building 3 (furnished apartment tower) was partially built as part of the office tower complex including the structural works up to and including the ground floor slab. The total built up area from ground floor up to roof is 6,275 m2. This building comprises of ground+7 floors. The ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels are parking levels and the apartment units start from 4th floor. The building has 20 2-bed units. The original apartment tower design has been re-elevated to complement the design of buildings 1 and 2.
