The mixed- use project with an integrated wildlife zone and tourist components admeasures approximately 500,000 sqm, is located towards the South of Nizwa Industrial Area.

The inspiration is drawn from a spiral galaxy, and it manifests itself in a unique master planned community. Streets and pathways gently curve, mirroring the galaxy’s graceful spirals. Various components of the master plan spiral inwards and converge into a central iconic building – of an Observatory & Planetarium- which reminds the visitors of the universe’s wonder. The Observatory & Planetarium are designed as the core of this cosmic masterpiece, evoking the nucleus of a galaxy.

This unique master planned is a place where cosmic beauty is woven into daily life, inspiring unity and awe.
