The project site covers an area of 119 hectares. The land uses of the development comprises of low-rise residential apartments, commercial office space, retail and food & beverage outlets, supermarket, hospital, schools, hotels and lifestyle retail mall. The development is estimated to generate a total of 13,300 trips in peak hour.
