Located in Khartoum’s downtown area, fronting onto one of the most important commercial avenues in the city, this contemporary 17 storey office tower establishes the high profile identity of the bank, projecting a modern commercial presence in this bustling area of the city. This semi-individual building, with a double storey mezzanine, is more pedestrian friendly in terms of its height and volume, a stepping stone to the tower itself. The grand entrance makes use of water features and lush landscaping, creating a calming environment for the daily banking activities. The tower provides superb office space with a total built up area of over 14,000m², available for use by both the headquarters of the bank as well as providing leasable areas.
